Continuing our series in recognition of National Mental Health Awareness month, we're listening to songs that turn our frowns upside down when life gets stressful. Sometimes, when I feel overwhelmed, I close my eyes and wish I was someone else - like Willow, with her floppy optimism or Rocky - who's really just unflappable! Ever feel like that? Well, here's a song for you :) -- WebSpider

Buddy Holly makes everything better. Even a Buddy Holly Impersonator makes things better. Note: If you detect actual precipitation in your heart, aorta, or related arteries, seek medical attention immediately. If you're having heart trouble (or hear everything people say as song) ... this might not be the best hospital for you. You know what's actually really good for your heart? Some Elvis Presley. Yeah. I know, right? Heart palpitations are no joke ... unless it's in a Lenka song. Then it's okay. It may not be baseball season, but it sure is Heart Season! And here at The Puppet Treehouse, we have heart - miles and miles and miles of heart! Enjoy this, from the musical "Damn Yankees!" - "You Gotta Have Heart"! _...and now, a holiday poem for you, from WebSpider! Whatever you celebrate, we hope you have fun! . . . Twas the week before Christmas, when all ‘cross the floor All the puppets were stirring as JP wished them more: “May your stockings be stuffed with all sort of treats, Like kisses, and hugs, and holiday sweets!” They should have been nestled in snug puppet beds, But visions of sugarplums danced in their heads! And Judy was sewing, still hard at her work – With Christmas this close, she didn’t dare shirk! We have a very special treat for all you grinning Jack-O-Lanterns out there! Puppet Treehouse Podcast Productions is proud to present, "Quoth the Puppets!" Read the poem below and listen to our SPO podcast! Poem written & performed by Zelda Knapp Introduced & Directed by Judy Puppets "Quoth the Puppets"
Once upon an evening sunny, while I thought things fun and funny, But regretting that I'd not got groceries from the local store, While I nattered, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping, As of someone gently rapping (if someone can be"gently" rapping), Rapping at my workshop door. "'Tis some trick or treaters," I yawned, "tapping at my workshop door - Only this, and nothing more." Ah, distinctly I remember, 'twas the day before November................... Just a mere teaser of our Halloween poem, going live tomorrow:
