there was a girl who liked to make puppets and tell stories. 
Sometimes around a campfire.  Sometimes in a big old theater. 
Sometimes in a doctor's office or hospital.  She loved sharing her two favorite things: puppets and health.
One day, she realized: "Hey, puppets are an awesome way to bring what I know about health and education to life!" 
And this is what she did.
Three years and 30 puppets later, Judy's mission has been growing and growing.  Turns out that people really enjoy and respond to puppets, especially when they're discussing some pretty tough-to-crack subjects!     You can find us in WIC centers, hospitals, conferences, on YouTube, and community organizations around the world!  We have traveled around the USA, to Europe, Asia, and the Middle East bringing our message of joy and good health far and wide. 
Puppet Treehouse has expanded with the help of dedicated educators, public health advocates, insightful health care providers, wacky puppeteers, silly puppets, and a score of cheerleaders along the way! (Oh, and the grants and whatnot have helped too!)  Today we are stronger than ever, designing handmade puppets and educational tools to help organizations lead their communities to greater health and wellness.  A huge round of applause goes out to everyone who has joined our mission to make the world a happier, healthier place!  For more information, email us or keep exploring the site!
